We operate an online store on the website www.dw-stand.de
In order to offer our services, sell goods, and operate our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR").

A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
When you request our products and services, we work with the contact details you provide us, mainly via the request form. This data includes:

We will contact you for further arrangements regarding the goods and services.
On what legal basis?
Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR – negotiations on a contract or measures prior to the conclusion of a contract at your request.
How long do we store personal data?
If no further cooperation is established, we will store your data for a maximum of 6 months after our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data when making a purchase
When you make a purchase from us, we work with the data you provide us. This is primarily billing data:

For what purpose?
We process personal data in order to fulfill our contract—to deliver our goods or services to you. We also use your contact details to communicate with you about order status, complaints, or your inquiries.
We also process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes or to process complaints and similar matters).
On what legal basis?
Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – fulfillment of a contract and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligations.
How long do we store personal data?
For the duration of the service provision and thereafter for 12 months from the last provision of the service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletter (advertising communications)
If you have made a purchase from us and have not prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news.
On what legal basis?
This is permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services, unless you have prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase.
How long do we store personal data?
Two years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in the email newsletter or by contacting us at info@dragonworks.cz.
II. Who has access to the data?
Your data remains with us. However, some companies or individuals work for us and have access to the data because they support us in operating our online store. These are:

Operator of the Shoptet e-commerce platform (Shoptet a.s., Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, IČ 289 35 675, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 25 395)

Personal data is processed exclusively within the European Union.

We have not appointed a data protection officer in our company.
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place in our company.
